Paper Covered Enameled Copper Wire
Introduction
Paper Covered Enameled Copper Wire is extruded or stretched from an oil-free copper rod with a mold of a certain size. Then wrap two or more layers of insulating paper on the copper conductor, including telephone paper, cable paper, high-voltage paper, and turn-to-turn insulating paper. This product is widely used in oil-immersed transformers and other similar electrical instruments. The electrical bare copper wire of the extrusion process is an ideal material for kraft paper clad copper wire.
Paper Covered Enameled Copper Wire is copper wire wrapped with polyamide paper of various structures. The transformer winding uses paper-covered wire, which maintains excellent electrical and mechanical properties during the entire service life of the transformer. The paper is resistant to shrinkage and compression, has good elasticity and is not suitable for aging, and has good thermal shock resistance, so it can ensure that the transformer coil structure is tight.
